Artchimboldi has been designed looking for some specific features as beauty, functionality, simplicity and creativity, with the idea of inspiring these attitudes in people.

In Barcelona we have 2 modernist flats splits into different rooms:
Còrsega 286 is a 400m²
Rosselló 231 is a 250m2
400m² outward facing with lots of natural light and split into different areas with varied ambiences. All of them full equipped and with breakout areas, main room with an enclosed balcony and two small terraces.

250m² luminous flat split into two different rooms, one with two balconies to street and the other with a balcony and a terrace to interior Eixample neigborhood. Both full equipped and with breakout areas.

Recently we have created a new space outside the city. In Minorca island. It was the first school for girls in the village. Downstairs we have a big room full equipped for meetings, with a big modular table, a huge blackboard an a puffs area in front of the fire.

Healthy food makes us feel good, ready to learn and with plenty of energy to give the best of ourselves.
Furthermore, we spend more or less two hours between breaks and lunch. So why don’t use “moments food” to communicate some values and develop some skills without people even notice it?
Our food has been designed to surprise people. It is healthy, delicious and creative. This is why they enjoy it and love sharing between them.

Cocktail dinners:
We welcome people with an special drink. While they are arriving they can move around the space. There is a drinks station, a fridge plenty of beers, and the waiters serve de food while the attendes are comfortably sit at the terraces, the balcony or the area sofas or just standing talking to others.
We have a jazz collection to use as a background music but if you prefer you can bring your computer or phone and connect it to our audio system integrated in the space.

Some days living under the same roof:
Beyond the initial training, there is a nedd for dedicated times to discuss the values and the ground rules to keep them alive. It can be done in a hundred ways, here we propose, some days outside, living together in a warm ambience, with time for sharing and enjoying.

After eight years working as an engineer at a multinational, I know it can be difficult to work in a large company, to find your unique place, to feel useful and discover your daily purpose in the work you carry out.
Influenced by those years, I created Artchimboldi in 2006. I wanted to humanize business environments and I was convinced that in the same way that if you give children a beautiful environment where they feel secure and cared for they will bring out the best of themselves, the adults as well. It was a really new concept in that moment, and it has been an adventure...
At the moment: I manage Artchimboldi, I dinamize meetings, I teach Leadership at the University, I coach individuals and I help leaders to bring a more human approach to their workplaces.
